This ferrata surprised me a lot both pleasantly and unpleasantly, I always recommend you to look at the topo before you go rock climbing.

After a great climb on the Crazy Eddy ferrata, I crossed just a few kilometers further over here. I knew it was a C difficulty route, but didn't notice that the ferrata was over 2 hours long. I hadn't replenished my water supply and started out with less than half a litre and that really wasn't enough.

The rock is very easy to climb even without holding the rope. The difficulty is quite adequate, I would not be afraid to take a beginner here. The crampons are too close together and I didn't encounter a difficult passage during the whole climb. The difficulty probably reflects the length of the ferrata and the vertigo in the upper parts, after all you climb around 350m up.

About halfway up I got a muscle cramp in my left arm and ran out of water at 2/3. The sun was beating down on me on the descent and I was really glad when I finally got back to the car, drank a liter or so of water, rested and drove home.
