Handrails are part of almost every ferrata I have ever climbed, but here you really won't find any, you only climb on rock and rope from the bottom to the top.

Near the town of Nassereith there is a rather famous rock climbing wall for mostly climbers but also ferratists. The main attraction of this ferrata is just climbing purely on rock without handrails, which I must say is not at all common.

I would say the difficulty D is quite adequate. Some places are more forceful and can be more difficult without a rope hold. I climbed it towards the evening after a hard day on the bike and by the middle I was running a bit low on strength, but otherwise it's a pretty short ferrata that you can do in an hour. Much more challenging for me is the descent trail, which is decently slippery.
