This place is an absolute gem, I came across it thanks to a YouTube video TOP 10 places in Bavaria. If you're looking for a place to shoot during the golden hour, this is it.

The place itself is a quiet spot suitable for a leisurely stroll up to Lake Barmsee and back. If I had to choose where to spend a secluded peaceful holiday to recharge my positive energy, I would probably choose the area around Lake Geroldsee. Parking for the day is 5 euros in the village of Gerold, there are also several accommodations there, prices unknown.
