When you say Dolomites most people think of this place first, no wonder. I recommend everyone to see Tre Cime at least once in their lifetime. Driving to the Rifugio Auronzo will cost you €30 in 2023.

 If you want to see Tre Cime from a place where not everyone dares, then I definitely recommend choosing the De Luca - Innerkofler ferrata of B difficulty (not recommended without belay), which will take you to the top of Monte Paterno (2744m). There is no better view of Tre Cime than from here, you can see hundreds to thousands of ants (people) below you, who will never know this view.

Every time I come down and realize where I've climbed, I'm quite proud of myself. And I was proud at the exact moment I took this picture.

If you're Instagram photo hunters, then I recommend you walk to Dreizinnen hut and from there a little uphill to a small cave below the peak of Saso di Sesto (2539m) there is what everyone is looking for.
